Do I need an account?
No. You can take tests without signing in. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want to keep your results on a new phone or to buy a test pass.
How does the free trial work?
Test 01 is free for 3 days, starting when you first open the app. After that, a one-time test pass unlocks more tests — up to all 70.
I bought the pass but the tests are still locked
Open 👤 Account and make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to buy, then open the pass screen and tap Restore purchases. If it is still locked, email us the date of purchase — never send card details.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or your Google Play order history.
Delete my account
See how to delete your JFT Test account. Deleting the account also deletes your pass on our server, and it cannot be restored.
